GrantLink reports can be published as web links after review. Treat these links as financial deliverables.

Before publishing

Confirm:

  • the report scope, such as grant, funder, program, or date range
  • the latest QuickBooks sync status
  • budget vs actual totals
  • included and excluded allocations
  • funding share or match status when relevant
  • whether internal notes or unsupported assumptions appear in the draft
  • whether password protection is required

Publish flow

  1. Open the grant Reports tab.
  2. Generate or open a draft report.
  3. Review the report in chat and make revisions.
  4. Publish only after the numbers and narrative are approved.
  5. Copy the published link.

Access controls

Published reports are meant to be shared intentionally. They are not a substitute for a full login-based client portal. Use grant-level report passwords when your plan supports them and when the report contains sensitive financial detail.

If a report should no longer be shared, unpublish or remove access from the report management workflow.
