Publishing Secure Funder Reports

GrantLink reports can be published and shared as web links.

Before Publishing

1. Validate budget-vs-actual numbers
2. Confirm reporting period and grant selection
3. Remove internal-only notes

Publish Flow

1. Open grant Reports tab
2. Generate or open a draft report
3. Publish when reviewer approval is complete

Security Controls

• Keep distribution limited to intended funder contacts
• Use grant-level password controls when required by policy
• Document when and why a report was shared
