Understanding the Dashboard
The GrantLink dashboard gives you a real-time overview of your entire grant portfolio. This guide explains each section and how to use it effectively.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, the dashboard shows:
- Active Grants - Count of currently active grants
- Total Award Amount - Sum of all active grant awards
- Amount Spent - Total allocated across all grants
- Amount Remaining - Unspent funds across all grants
Grant Summary Cards
Each active grant displays a card showing:
Budget Progress
A visual bar showing spending against budget:
- Green - On track (under 80% spent with adequate time remaining)
- Yellow - Watch (80-95% spent or ahead of schedule)
- Red - Alert (over budget or significantly ahead of schedule)
Key Metrics
- Award amount
- Spent to date
- Remaining balance
- Burn rate (spending per month)
