Will GrantLink change anything in QuickBooks?

Not unless you allow it. QuickBooks connections are read-only by default. Your organization can grant permission for specific supported writebacks, and reporting AI never approves or writes accounting data.

Do I have to move off QuickBooks?

No. GrantLink works alongside QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks stays your accounting system while GrantLink adds grant tracking, allocations, and reporting.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

No credit card is required to start. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep your plan; otherwise you move to the free plan without a charge.

Are there per-grant fees?

No. Your plan only limits how many grants are active at once. Grants in other statuses don’t count, and every plan includes unlimited team members.

How long does setup take?

It depends on how many grants you run and how your QuickBooks file is tracked today. GrantLink walks you through connecting QuickBooks, importing grants, and reviewing the mapping before you rely on the numbers.
