By accessing and using GrantLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GrantLink provides grant management and accounting software integrated with QuickBooks Online for nonprofits and other organizations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. GrantLink cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of GrantLink and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GrantLink, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
